The 2011 IEEE International Conference on Microelectronic Test Structures (ICMTS) will be held at the Trippenhuis in Amsterdam. The Trippenhuis was built in 1660 - 1662 and since 1812 accomodates the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences.
